Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialAdmin, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy available through the link above. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SocialAdmin is operated by CiviTech. In these terms, "CiviTech", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of SocialAdmin.

SocialAdmin is an administration and publishing tool. It can help you prepare, adapt, preview, schedule and publish text, images and videos to social networks that you connect to the Service.

The Service may also use sports data, match events and publicly available research to help create editorial drafts. Such information may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect and must be checked before publication.

• You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with the minimum age requirements that apply to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your SocialAdmin access credentials and connected-platform tokens secure.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, unless it resulted from our proven failure to apply reasonable security measures.

You retain ownership of content you submit to SocialAdmin. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, format and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service and deliver your requested publications.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions and legal bases required for the content, images, videos, trademarks, music and links that you submit. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, publicity and advertising requirements that apply to your publications.

You are responsible for reviewing your content, selected channels, audience settings and publication timing before enabling a publication or automation.

Automated jobs, schedules and autopilot actions depend on data feeds, provider APIs, network availability, rate limits and platform moderation. We do not guarantee that a post will be published at a specific time or accepted by a third-party platform.

You may disable automation or revoke a connected platform's access. You remain responsible for posts created or accepted by a platform before a setting change takes effect.

You must not use SocialAdmin to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, hateful or sexually exploitative material;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate another person or organization, or distribute malware;
• circumvent platform limits, moderation, authentication or access controls;
• use automated publishing in a way that violates a connected platform's terms, policies or developer rules.

We may block, remove or hold content that appears to create legal, security, safety or platform-compliance risk.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and other connected services are operated by independent third parties. Their terms, policies, APIs, review processes and availability apply in addition to these terms.

We do not control a third-party platform and are not responsible for its decisions, outages, content moderation, account restrictions, API changes or data processing. You can disconnect a platform at any time through its account settings or the Service when that option is available.

We may update, maintain, restrict or discontinue parts of SocialAdmin. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or because a data provider or social platform is unavailable.

We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, but the Service is provided on an as-available basis and without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SocialAdmin, its software, interface, documentation, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to CiviTech. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, scrape or create a competing service from SocialAdmin except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You may stop using SocialAdmin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse a connected platform, or fail to comply with applicable law.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including provisions about content responsibility, intellectual property, liability and disputes.

To the extent permitted by law, SocialAdmin is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data, or acceptance of a publication by a social platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CiviTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of audience, loss of data, or a third-party platform's action or failure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the Service, connected platforms or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SocialAdmin after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
