Privacy Policy

How SocialAdmin processes account access, connected social platforms, content and technical information.

Effective date: July 24, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to SocialAdmin, an administration and publishing service operated by CiviTech. It explains how we process information when you access the Service, connect a social platform or use publishing and automation features.

For Scorena end-user data handled by the Scorena mobile application, please also consult the Scorena privacy policy linked from the application and its official information pages.

2. Information we process

  • Access information: administrator identifiers, authentication data and security events.
  • Connected platform information: authorized account identifiers, access tokens and permissions needed to publish. We do not request or store social platform passwords.
  • Content and media: text, images, videos, captions, links, schedules and channel selections that you submit or generate.
  • Sports and editorial data: match information, public research results and publication metadata used to prepare drafts.
  • Technical information: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request logs and error details used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, private keys or secrets as publication content.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate administrators, operate the publishing workflow, generate previews, schedule and deliver requested posts, detect abuse, secure the Service, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected-platform tokens for a purpose unrelated to the authorized SocialAdmin workflow.

4. Connected social platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram or another supported platform, SocialAdmin processes the permissions you authorize to perform the actions you request.

Each platform independently controls its own data practices, moderation and retention. You can revoke access through that platform's settings. Revocation may prevent future publications, but it does not remove content already accepted by the platform.

5. Service providers and sharing

We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, media-processing and social-platform providers when necessary to provide SocialAdmin. Providers receive only the information required for their service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the Service, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal process. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, restructuring or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain publication and security records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Generated media and queued content may be deleted according to account settings, operational limits or retention policies.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, and to receive a portable copy of certain information.

You may disconnect social accounts, stop automation and request deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required by law or needed to resolve a security or legal issue.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, HTTPS, protected server configuration and operational logging.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your administrator credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Children's privacy

SocialAdmin is an administrative publishing service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service, providers or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SocialAdmin after an update means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
